書店寄送服務條款與免責聲明**

 

一**運送責任歸屬**

1. 書店將商品交付物流公司後,運輸途中之風險(如遺失、損壞、延誤)由顧客承擔。若因物流公司疏失導致問題,書店可協助顧客向物流方索賠,但恕不直接賠償。

2. 若因不可抗力因素(如天災、戰爭、罷工)導致損失,書店不負賠償責任。

 二、**包裝與商品檢查**

1. 書店保證寄出商品已妥善包裝(防水材料、緩衝保護),若因包裝不當導致損壞,書店將全額退換。

2. 顧客簽收時應「當場驗貨」,若外包裝破損或內容物有誤,請立即拒收並聯繫書店。簽收後提出之損毀或短缺,恕不受理。

 

三、**不退貨政策**

1. 所有商品一經寄出,恕不接受退貨或退款,包括但不限於以下情況:

   - 顧客個人原因(如不喜歡、買錯商品)。

   - 商品於運送途中損壞或遺失。

   - 商品被海關扣留或沒收。

2. 若因書店疏失(如寄錯商品、嚴重瑕疵),書店將安排更換正確商品,但不接受退貨退款。

 

#### 四、**運費與地址錯誤處理**

1. 若因顧客提供之地址錯誤、無人簽收導致退件,重新寄送之運費由顧客負擔。

2. 若商品因地址錯誤遺失,書店可提供訂單證明協助顧客向物流追蹤,但不承擔賠償責任。

 

#### 五、**寄貨時間**

1. 書店將於收到款項後3至5個工作天內寄出貨品,寄出後會提供物流追蹤編號。

2. 若因庫存不足或其他原因導致延遲寄貨,書店將主動通知顧客。

**Bookstore Shipping Policy and Disclaimer**

 

 1. **Shipping Responsibility**

1. Once the bookstore hands over the goods to the logistics provider, any risks during transit (e.g., loss, damage, delay) are the responsibility of the customer. If issues arise due to the logistics provider’s negligence, the bookstore may assist the customer in filing a claim with the provider but will not provide direct compensation.

2. The bookstore is not liable for any losses caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes).

 

 2. **Packaging and Inspection**

1. The bookstore ensures that all items are properly packaged (using waterproof materials and protective padding). If damage occurs due to improper packaging, the bookstore will provide a full replacement.

2. Customers must inspect the package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged or the contents are incorrect, please refuse delivery immediately and contact the bookstore. Claims for damage or shortages after acceptance of delivery will not be accepted.

 

 3. **No-Return Policy**

1. All sales are final. Once items are shipped, no returns or refunds will be accepted, including but not limited to the following situations:

   - Customer dissatisfaction (e.g., not liking the product, ordering the wrong item).

   - Damage or loss during transit.

   - Seizure or confiscation by customs.

2. If the bookstore is at fault (e.g., incorrect item shipped or significant defects), the bookstore will arrange for a replacement but will not accept returns or refunds.

 

4. **Shipping Fees and Address Errors**

1. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

2. If the item is lost due to an incorrect address, the bookstore may provide order confirmation to assist the customer in tracking the item with the logistics provider but will not be liable for compensation.

 

5. **Shipping Time**

1. The bookstore will ship items within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received. A tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped.

2. If there is a delay in shipping due to insufficient stock or other reasons, the bookstore will notify the customer proactively.
